Your healing radiates out to benefit everyone around you.

Hi, I'm Katrina (they/them/elle).

I believe that you deserve to live a life free of guilt & full of purpose, connection, & joy.

I know the confusion of feeling like you’re never doing enough…

…while also feeling overwhelmed with everything you are doing.

I used to feel paralyzed with anxiety, growing up as a multi-ethnic and "weird" kid around people who made fun of the ways I didn't fit in. I felt unable to make the relationships or differences in the world that I desperately wanted to. In my 20s, around the time I ended up with an unexpected disability, I started therapy to finally heal these old feelings of unworthiness and figure out what was next for me.

Over time, therapy helped transform my life - showed me how to be kinder to myself, how my sensitivity and idiosyncrasies were assets, and how to release inherited trauma and get excited about the future again.

Outside

Therapy…

I spend my time taking dance classes, reading speculative science fiction, collecting stickers, and playing with my year-old kittens, Elote and Sunflower.

I value community connection - and spend a lot of time with my family and friends/lovers, participate in a local choir, and go to as many queer events as I can (especially to dance or meet new people)!
