I look forward to connecting with you individually & can answer any questions you have - in the meantime, here are some of the most common questions:

  • I see clients virtually throughout the state of California, and in-person at my office in Oakland.

    • Individual therapy is $220 for a 50-minute session

    • Relationship therapy is $260 for a 50-minute session

    • I offer a limited number of reduced fee spaces based on need (no availability as of 08/01/24)

  • I do not accept insurance directly, but can assist with paperwork needed for out-of-network benefits. To learn more about this process, follow this link:

  • My hours are 10am-7pm, Tuesday-Friday, and I see clients in-person on Thursdays and Fridays.

  • Therapy can last anywhere from a few months to ongoing or intermittent care over years, depending on what the needs of the client are.

    For most clients I see, weekly sessions are the best choice and will allow for the most progress, especially at the beginning of therapy. Sometimes I see clients bi-weekly based on need or once there has been significant progress.

    I can give you a better estimate about how long therapy would last for you on a consultation call!

  • I specialize in multicultural needs of the LGBTQ+ community. Since we are such a diverse community, this means we can cover a lot of ground!
